Student Fundraising for McNick at Night

We plan to invest heavily over the next several years to transform McNicholas High School. This year’s Special Appeal is a first step. Your gift will be put to work immediately to modernize our learning environments: first on a small scale, as we will measure, survey, and tweak their effectiveness before rolling them out campus-wide.

Specifically, we will remake traditional classrooms into modern active learning spaces: including advanced technology, flexible seating options, enhanced acoustics, and dynamic energy-efficient lighting and HVAC (including air conditioning!). In these new environments, traditional learning methods will be complemented with facilities that encourage engagement, communication, collaboration, and active learning.

special_appeal_graphics_denim.pngMcNicholas students are being asked to jump start this Special Appeal in the weeks leading up to our McNick at Night event on March 14, 2020. In doing so, we hope to inspire them to join the lineage of compassionate leaders who support McNicholas throughout their lives. We’re encouraging them to use their creativity and tech savvy to come up with new ways to encourage people to invest in McNick.

We thank you for your generosity and your willingness to make an investment in the future of McNicholas High School!
