McNick at Night

McNick at Night was a ‘crackin’ success’

A record crowd of 390 gathered Saturday, March 5 for fun, games, food, drinks, and pre-St. Patrick's Day shenanigans. Friends of McNick, young and old, alums, current parents, past parents, teachers, staff all joined together to celebrate and support all we love about McNicholas High School.

Thanks to your generosity, we raised a large "pot o' gold" to support our school and, most importantly, our students. We auctioned off a rare Joe Burrow-signed football, Kim Chambers '94 continued her dominance of the Heads & Tails game, and Jeff Mulvey '86 led an inspired live auction.

One of the highlights of the evening was art teacher Willy Corbett auctioning his own artwork, a linoleum print entitled, "A Last Supper." Mr. Corbett's beautiful piece fetched $5,800!

Thank you to our teacher and staff volunteers, our emcee Brian Combs, and our amazing co-chairs, Sharon Tobin and Karen Veeneman '84! And thank you to our generous and supportive McNicholas community. See you again next spring!
