Rocket artists inducted to honor society

Twenty-three students were inducted to the National Art Honor Society this April. NAHS inspires and recognize students who have shown an outstanding ability and interest in art and supports members in their efforts to attain the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service.

These brilliant students were recognized for the ways that their artistic talents and creativity make our world more beautiful: Bella Dawson, Isabella Bonner, Marian Favro, Sophia Petrotte, Olivia Rohling, Abbie Durham, Will Beatty, Conner Dute, Conner Gibson, Caroline Fleming, Ruby Horgan, Leah Hebenstreit, Ashley Jarrold, Cloe Jones, Skylar Kutcher, Ali Rivas, Emily Simms, Alyssa Standforth, Morgan Svarda, Gia Underhill, Gabby Gruppo, Mara Jones, and Grant Must.

Where Art Comes Alive: McNicholas Students Explore Italy, France, and Belgium

Some of life's greatest lessons cannot be found in a textbook. They are discovered standing beneath the ancient arches of the Colosseum, gazing up at masterpieces in Vatican City, or watching the sun set along the Seine River. This spring, 43 McNicholas students experienced those moments firsthand, returning home with a deeper appreciation for art, history, culture, and the world around them.

A Friendship Without Borders: McNicholas Celebrates Its First Sister School Exchange with Argentina

Nine McNicholas students traveled to Buenos Aires this summer for the school's first Sister School Exchange with Instituto Nuestra Señora de Las Nieves, building on friendships formed when Argentine students visited McNicholas earlier this year. Through living with host families, attending classes, and experiencing Argentina's rich culture and history, students discovered that the most meaningful lessons come from stepping beyond their comfort zones and embracing connections that transcend borders.

McNicholas Celebrates 16 College Athletic Signees

McNicholas proudly recognized 16 student-athletes from the Class of 2026 who have committed to continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.
