Summer Camps FAQs

How do I register for camp?

You can register here for our 2024 summer camps. You can also find our camp guide here. This will provide you with camp details.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your plans change and you need to cancel or switch camps, please email us at summer@mcnhs.org. A refund will be issued, provided the refund request is received two weeks prior to the start of camp

No refunds will be issued within two weeks of when the camp begins. This includes no-shows or voluntary non-completion of camp. Camps are not prorated for vacation or missed days.

We reserve the right to cancel or combine programs with fewer than 8 campers. A full refund will be given if we cancel a program.

What is the age range for your summer camps?

Our camps are provided for students entering kindergarten – grade 12. You can find grade information for each camp by looking through our Camp Guide.

Where is drop off?

Drop off will be located at our courtyard for all non-athletic camps. This is between the Larry Bogenschutz Gymnasium and our convent building. In case of rain, our drop off will be in our courtyard lobby. Drop of locations for athletics camps vary, so look for an email from your camp instructor the week prior to camp with details.

Who do I contact if my child will be late, needs to leave early, or there is a change in pick up?

For any drop off or pick up changes, please email the camp instructor and summer@mcnhs.org.
