Class of 2025 — Find Your Brilliance Here

McNicholas is the place to discover your unique, God-given brilliance and put it into action. Every student contributes in an experiential environment of doing — not watching. Customized learning and leadership programs help you make a difference in this close-knit, faith-based community and beyond. We maximize the depth and breadth of opportunities for all students because everyone benefits when everyone is in the mix.

Why McNicholas?

We bring out your academic best through an adaptable curriculum that redefines excellence.

Learn more about our academic offerings, curriculum, and impressive stats of our students. Did you know McNick educated 4 National Merit finalists, 2 semi-finalists, and 6 commended students in 2019/2020? Or that 74% of our SAIL program participants achieved 1st or 2nd honors in 2020?

You have more opportunities to get involved and make your presence felt.

Did you know our students participate in over 60 clubs and extracurriculars and on 26 sports teams? Or that McNick has one of the most recognized high school theatre programs in Ohio, over 25 visual and performing arts offerings, and a Makerspace with 3D printers and virtual reality tools? Check out our Athletic and Student Life pages to learn more!

Join a welcoming community which looks out for each other and sticks together.

With a 12:1 student:teacher ratio our students receive more personal attention in a caring, supportive environment. Did you know our student-run HOPE Squad provides peer-to-peer mental health support and that our C.R.E.W. mentoring small groups meet every day to help build a culture which allows all our students to become the best version of themselves?

Learn timeless values and compassionate leadership to grow toward Full Stature in Christ.

Every day we teach the values of generosity, empathy, humility, and working toward something bigger than ourselves — to be true, compassionate servant leaders. Did you know all students attend a retreat each year, culminating in a four-day senior Kairos retreat, one of the most transformative aspects of the McNicholas community? Learn more about Spiritual Life here at McNicholas.

Equip yourself for the real world in a comfortable, yet authentic environment.

Learn more about the Co-Ed Advantage, which through collaboration, community, and confidence our students become successfully prepared to be leaders in the college classroom and beyond.
