The English and Science Departments are excited to announce this year's Big Read for Summer 2019, a school-wide reading experience.
Freshmen and Sophomores will read The House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer
Juniors and Seniors will read The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot
Students will be assessed through a variety of assignments for both English and Science that will be available on Schoology by June 1, 2019. There will be no cumulative test given this year.
Please note that students enrolled in an Honors or AP English class will have additional reading and assessments for English.
In making these choices for our students, we wanted to keep in mind our calling as Catholic Christians to work for the life and dignity of all human persons, as outlined in the Catholic Social Teachings.

Note for Class of 2023--
Freshman parents will receive an email with the student login information for Schoology by June 1. Students will use that username and password to temporarily log in to Schoology. Students will receive the rest of their log in information at their tablet pickup date.
