McNicholas High School's Technology and Communications classes participated in the nationwide Hour of Code during the week of December 5-12. The Hour of Code was an initiative by Computer Science Education Week and Code.org to introduce millions of students to one hour of computer science and computer programming. This grassroots campaign is supported by over 400 partners and 200,000 educators worldwide. The Hour of Code takes place each year during Computer Science Education Week which is December 5-11. Students were given a variety of tutorial options from learning Python or Wolframm language to creating an app they could download to their phone.
