McNicholas High School celebrate Homecoming 2016 this week! This year's theme is McNicholas High School of Witchcraft and Wizardy Homecoming. The week will include a number of activities to pump up Rocket spirit!

Wed., Sept. 21 – Mass Day attire
Thurs., Sept. 22 - Harry Potter Day
Fri., Sept. 23 Walk Day - Class Color Day-Seniors-green; Juniors-black; Sophomores-gold; Freshmen--white
Class Lawn Painting
Each class will take a section on the hill by Penn Station Stadium and paint a design on the lawn. The painting will take place Weds., Sept. 21 after school, weather permitting.
Friday, Sept. 23
7: 40 a.m.
Students report to school at the regular time for a pep rally before heading out on the walk. Student will receive a checkpoint card to take with them on the course and should carry the checkpoint card, stop at all checkpoints, and have it stamped. Students must follow the designated route and obey all traffic signals. All students must check in at school before they will be dismissed. The walk will go on regardless of the weather, and all school regulations except the dress code will be observed. Most students are finished with the walk and can be dismissed by 11 a.m.

At halftime, Homecoming Court will be introduced, and the King and Queen will be crowned. Congratulations to the seniors on this year's court:

Tickets to the dance are $8 each or $15 per couple and will be sold at lunches Mon., Sept. 19 through Thurs., Sept. 22. All students will complete a ticket information form, and guest from other schools will need a signature from their school's administration.
