McNicholas High School seeks a Director of Communications and Marketing.  McNicholas, a Catholic coed school founded in 1915, recently refreshed its brand, is transitioning to a new website, and is strategically updating implementation of its mission: To inspire young men and women through faith formation and academic excellence to become compassionate leaders and grow toward Full Stature in Christ.  The Director of Communications and Marketing reports to the Principal, works closely with the Director of Development and the Director of Admissions and Enrollment, and serves as a member of the Leadership Team.  The Director is responsible for publications, social media management, website management, marketing, advertising, public relations, and media relations – all in light of brand management.  The Director maintains visibility on campus through interactions with students, parents, and faculty and staff as well as through assisting with high-profile campus events.  The Director is available from time to time for evening and weekend responsibilities.

A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in communications, public relations, and marketing are required.  Experience in a Catholic institution and familiarity with the landscape of Catholic education in the Cincinnati area are preferred.
