Student athlete commits to collegiate soccer program

Congratulations to student athlete Logan Folk who signed to continue his soccer career with the Manchester University Spartans. MU is an NCAA Division III affiliate and competes in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC).

Logan played soccer for four years at McNicholas High School and was a 3-year varsity starter. As a talented defender, he helped lead the Rockets to a District Championship and a Regional Tournament Appearance. Logan is also a standout on the pitch outside of McNicholas, playing all around the country for a highly competitive club soccer team. He has earned a spot twice on the Olympic Development Program state team and once as a pool player on the regional team.

We are grateful for Logan's time as a Rocket and are excited to launch him in to his next chapter as a Spartan at Manchester University.

Military History Club encourages faithful citizenship

McNicholas is proud of our active Military History Club that honors our country and our veterans in the classroom and beyond. Students have worked to restore the graves of Revolutionary War veterans, earned national recognition on the Americanism & Government Test competition, and learned from the stories of American soldiers.
