McNicholas science courses featured in Catholic Telegraph
McNicholas made the cover of the January issue of The Catholic Telegraph for its Culinary Chemistry and Food Science courses that foster “an appreciation of God’s gift of food and the know-how behind it.”
Teacher and course architect Mrs. Jessica Boese ’11 said, “I have always loved the science of food…I developed the curriculum alongside a lot of food science professionals and professors. Our labs are not with beakers or test tubes, they’re with food. The kids really like it.”

It is with deep sorrow and gratitude that we mourn the passing of Sr. Judi, a beloved member of the McNicholas community for more than five decades. Sr. Judi’s life was a testament to service, faith, and dedication to the mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Her legacy will remain forever imprinted on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

18 students and three staff members spent a week in November in Jiangsu immersing themselves in Chinese culture, representing our school and country on an international stage, and developing relationships across the world.
