Shadow Days

• Eighth graders are invited to shadow a current freshman and see a typical day at McNicholas.
• Please give us 72 hours advance notice.
• Capacity is limited to 20 students per day.

Preferred Visit Day

Have a need to see us on a "busy" day?  We'll have upperclassmen as well as freshmen hosting students, there's a pep rally planned, and the theatre will be set up for our fall play.  Capacity: 40 eighth graders.  This date will close early!  Use the Shadow Day Online Registration Form to register.  Deadline to register is October 26.

Conversation and Coffee

• Available to parents by appointment on the day your student shadows at McNicholas.

• Families of 6th, 7th and 8th graders are welcome to this information session and informal tour.
• 7 p.m. in the McNicholas Library

Open House

• Take a tour with a current student, meet teachers and coaches, and see our facilities.
• All families are welcome.
• 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  

Deadline for HSPT Accommodation Information

• Submission of IEP, ISP or 504 and Release of Accommodation Information is due for students requesting extended time on the HSPT.

High School Placement Test at McNicholas

• 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Parent Information Session

• Missed our Information Night? Come for questions and answers about McNicholas with Lizanne Ingram.
• 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
• We will finish before your student is dismissed from the test.

Deadline for Financial Aid Forms

• Financial Aid Forms completed and sent to PSAS.  We will post the link to the 2013-2014 PSAS as soon as it is available from the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

Admission, scholarship, and financial aid decisions mailed

• Set up an appointment to register and select classes.
