Get to Know McNicholas High School

McNicholas High School offers students a rigorous curriculum taught by dedicated faculty. Our students are involved in over 30 clubs and organizations, can earn membership in six different honor societies, can participate in a competitive athletic program, and grow in spirituality through service, retreats, and daily interactions.

Want to learn more about McNicholas? The best way to get to know us is to schedule a shadow visit where you spend the day with us as a guest Rocket. Click here for more details and to schedule your shadow day.

We have also included a variety of video links below which will provide you with a glimpse into student life at McNicholas. See for yourself why so many students choose Archbishop McNicholas High School as their FIRST choice for a high school home.

  • Freshman Orientation – A glance at Freshman Orientation Day 2012. Just think - this could be YOU next August!
  • iBelong – Freshman Spirit Night is one of our many traditions for welcoming new Rockets to campus. Take a peek at this recap as captured by student journalist Madeline Scott '14.
  • iCompete – Each season, the McNicholas community rallies in support of our athletic teams. Here is a small glimpse into the support given to our Rocket Basketball team last winter.
  • iLearn – Wonder what our classes are like? Here’s a peek into a few classes. Footage was taken over just 2 days of classroom activities.
  • iPray / iCelebrate – After each football game, our team takes a knee in prayer and then rushes to our convent steps for a rally cheer. This is just one of our school’s time-honored traditions.
  • iPerform – At McNicholas, our students excel in the performing arts.  See highlights from some of our performance arts activities including band, choir, dance team, cheerleading, and theatre.
  • iServe – Service is not just a requirement at McNick. Watch how students are impacted through their participation in school, community, and global outreach projects.
