Library Resources
ONLINE CARD CATALOG
Our card catalog is fully automated, and students and faculty
may view it online at school or at home on the World Wide Web. McNicholas
High School is part of a consortium with Moeller, Purcell-Marian, Seton,
Elder, and McAuley. When patrons access the catalog, they see our holdings first, then
those of the other schools. Students and faculty may order books from other
schools by using their library barcode number available from the
librarian. Delivery and return of these books are free.

--a comprehensive database designed specifically for high schools containing
full text articles from nearly 500 magazines, 88,000 biographies, 60,000 primary

photos, maps and flags.
eLibrary
--provides not only thousands of full-text articles from magazines,
newspapers, and encyclopedias, but also includes pictures, maps, and TV and
